"Hard to navigate sizes and it gets a bit frustrating at times finding an item I adore only to be unable to find it in my size. I often feel like I'm forced to dig and hunt the best finds and if I'm going to do that, I might as well go to a thrift shop as most of the items have less than quality standards at Marshall's thus far. I'm at my wits end with the lack of customer service as well."

"We went because my little wanted to check it out, but she was disappointed that they didn't have anything in her size. Was happy that we found some flavor syrup for half off the price we pay for it on Amazon though."

"I was supposed to work here but they can’t call back even though they say they will. I was put on a list for a pre hire went in to give them everything they needed and did everything they needed. But it’s been 3 months and I have yet to have them call me once. The managers aren’t that great which made me realize why want to work in a place where they have no urgency to have people help or help people. Or even call back to say they do not need me anymore. I also got lost on the list so that tells me they are very unorganized."

"My new favorite place. Tons of high dollar name brands. Many at deep discounts. Limited in average sized shoes, but this is a closeout type store. But there is plenty to find here!"

"First time visiting and was not impressed. In fact had to leave because NO working bathrooms for customers? Why would you keep a store open with a sewer line issue? Certainly hope they have some kind of bathroom for their employees. Prices not the best either. $79 for a Polo sweater for example is NOT so much a discount price. Not much selection of decent shoes. Not much selection of jeans either. I guess if you need a quick trip for a cheaper blanket or xmas decoration and dont need a bathroom for you or your kids then its OK but i have no desire to return."
