"The process seemed easier than I thought it would be. I was enrolled Thursday or Friday and I paid $17 and $30 for the application fee or enrollment even though I was told I would pay $30 on the 27th of November and that my order would be shipped by Monday. Monday comes and $30 is due and no one comes even though I stated that I worked 5pm to whenever like 3am. I was told delivery times are 1pm to 4pm. I waited until 3:20pm to call them after seeing them mark my account as 'delivered and completed". I can't pay a weekly bill of I don't work and I started to be late for work to wait for the delivery. But I saw that they noted my account as 'delivered'. They tell me 'we can't make the delivery though. I was told they'd come the next day by noon. I call the next day a bit before noon and they gave me the wrong address on file telling me I live somewhere on Muhammad Ali so I cancelled the order. I was given a refund but NetSpend had to be fought because they posted the payment but did not apply it to my account. The bed set I wanted with RAC was $3000 for two year payments and at Louisville Overstock, it's $848 and the frame alone with $300+ so I backed out of nightmare of paying until 2024 but, RAC on Broadway is ghetto/trashy and unprofessional."

"I’ve always had a good experience with Rent A Center however, my most recent order was not. I was delivered a very damaged product and when I tried to address it with a store associate, he was rude and not accommodating or willing to resolve the situation. It wasn’t until I spoke with a store manager who provided other options that I decided to continue doing business with them. Im not happy with the service that I received and I’m hoping they will resolve the issue as promised."
