I think it should be customers' first employees. Second, customers should not feel that they need to leave your restaurant because they're very uncomfortable because of the inside temperature."

"I love penn station, i always get the chicken cordon bleu, but unfortunately there is one or two girls that when they are on the grill my sandwich looks awful three times now I’ve gotten it and they were on grill that It looks like it was chewed up and then put on my sandwich. I literally eat here everyday if not every other day, makes me want to avoid this location and travel all the way to the etown location just to get a decent sandwich."
