Arby's

"If I could give zero stars I would! This is by far the worst Arby's I have ever been to. We went through the drive-thru and we got two grilled Rubens a beef and cheddar and two fries. The fries were old and hard like they were fried sit in the basket for a long time fried again and then sat in the basket for a long time The grilled Rubens are the saddest thing I have ever seen All I asked for was light sauce and they didn't put any sauerkraut on there very little cheese and very very little meat there was hardly anything except for bread very little sauce and very little meat on both sandwiches. When we went back into the store and showed the manager that there was no sauerkraut and very little meat and that we've never seen a grilled Ruben come like that from any Arby's we've ever ate at and she replied with well my cook Weighs the meat and we always put 3 oz on them when he remade the sandwiches for us we watched him remake them and he never weighed anything All he added was a little bit of sauerkraut and the meat was exactly the same very little no way it was 3 oz but when you look it up it says they're supposed to be 3 and 1/2 oz either way it didn't look like any of the other Arby's Reubens plus when you order at the window they continuously ask is that it is that it anything else before you even get finished talking we will never eat at the Lincoln trail Radcliff Kentucky Arby's ever again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else giving that I read all the reviews after we had already ordered our food and went through this and all of the reviews are one star and say about the same thing sounds like they need to clean house. Also I have photos but for some reason doing this review it won't let me put pictures which is funny I always post pictures on my reviews when I can Good or bad"

"This location has gone downhill. The quality of the food is not what it used to be. My husband ordered a roast beef and crinkle fries and a Rueben for me. The fries were old, cold and hard. I called back to complain and possibly get a credit. I spoke briefly with a manager before we had a bad/broken connection. I tried to call back for over 15 mins and they would not pick up. Do not go to Arby's Radcliff- waste of money."

"Young man that waited on my family was awesome ,Anson was his name I believe . He was working drive thru and front counter. He did great. Was friendly, and efficient. Staff did a great job. My food was fresh and hot. . 5 stars guys did a wonderful job."

"Ordered through Grubhub and the food was cold when I got it. The mozzarella sticks were undercooked on the inside and hard on the outside. I ordered the wagyu burger and it wasn’t cooked through (still pink on the inside yet charred on the outside). Would never recommend this place."

"First off they don't listen to you. Ordered food to go. Food was cold ask for regular fries they put us wanting curly. Ask for condiments didn't get any. This is twice they've did this. Also cares more drive thru customers than who's in the lobby"
