"I ordered curbside to go. And I arrived early. Got food home and it wasn't even hot. Burger bun was soggy so much that I couldn't eat the bottom bun at all. Then I side salad was served in a small ice cream cup. Barely a salad. We live right near there so we eat there alot but I DO NOT recommend their curbside."

"Have always liked Chili’s food. Too bad the customer service has gone down hill over the last few years. Tried to dine the other night. 20+ tables open and have to wait for them clean one table. Waiting and waiting while the hostess cleans menus. How about if you can’t get a table clean in a timely manner by waitstaff, have the hostess do it if she’s doing nothing but wiping off menus. That’s not my job shouldn’t be the attitude when customers are needlessly waiting. Inquired about the 20 open clean tables we get “that section is closed.” We just left."

"Wife and I popped into this Chili’s on our way home for a quick bite. Hadn’t been into one in years but have nice memories of the skillet queso and chicken crispers from growing up. We started with the dip trio, which included the queso. Love the chips, they’re thin and crispy, and the queso, guac, and salsa were all great. I ordered the triple dipper platter, picking the big bites, Nashville hot chicken crispers, and southwestern eggrolls. The eggrolls and big bites were just as good as I remembered but the crispers were the star of the show. The Nashville hot sauce was delectable, it was just the right amount of spice and the seasoning on the chicken and in the sauce was simply amazing, highly recommend. Service was great and the restaurant has a ton of seating, including a bar space with TV’s."

"Always consistent as far as food quality. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. However, the tables were sticky and so were the dang table top devices they insist we touch to pay for the meals… those things are gross!!"
