"Earlier today, I went to Lane Bryant to shop for some new undergarments . Undergarment shopping is a challenge within itself for me, so when I go to an undergarment store or any store in general, I expect for the customer service to be friendly. Apart of Lane Bryant’s thing is free bra fittings and a free personal shopper. I asked for assistance for a bra fitting and was denied any help. The lady told me to pick bras and see if they fit. Their card machines were down, so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that it might have been a stressful time for the employees. They took my name and my phone number to come back later to retrieve my undergarments. I later came back and the worker retrieved my hold but did not say anything to me during the transaction. After that the bag was then slid across to me. My experience here today was not good."

"I went there today for the first time to clothes shop. I've only ever bought gifts for my mom there because used to be quite small and lane bryant didnt carry my size. I've been wanting to try lane bryant since gaining weight. I have hated torrids clothes when I've tried on there. I went in tonight about an hour before close. I was sitting around the house and finally got the gumption to go try on clothes. I've been wanting to go for months but I'm a home body and also just dont enjoy clothes shopping since gaining weight. So I got out of my pj's and just put on workout clothes. I definitely didn't look my best going in there. I was pleasantly surprised at how kind and helpful all the women were. I know some places I've been, if you don't look the nicest or look like you have money they don't help you as much or they treat you differently. This was not the case here! The first woman greeted me within a few minutes of me entering. I already had some clothes in my arms that she offered to take to a fitting room. I have back issues so I really appreciated not having to carry them around. They gave me input on the outfits I tried on and were very encouraging. They all tried their best to help me find the correct size bra as well. I was very impressed with the clothes! they had a wide range of styles, everything was very nice quality fabric and reasonably priced. They also had a wise range of sizes in stock which I appreciated. I have had such a hard time finding properly fitting, fashionable clothing that are good quality since gaining weight. Lane Bryant is by far the best store I've found for all of these thing. Nearly 400 dollars later and I left super happy. The experience was wonderful, from the great staff to the great clothes, this was by far my best shopping experience I've had since gaining weight. I will definitely be back! 10 out of 10 recommend! (If I had one thing to ask it would be for the size 36D in store, we couldn't find a single one. I bought a 38C but the cups are a little small so I'll have to return and order a 36D.)"

"Entered on a Saturday evening and looked around for 20+ minutes. One of two employees was on other side of store fixing displays. The other was at the checkout counter on her cell phone. No one ever offered help or recognize that I was in the store."

"My wife ordered something online from their store, and decided later she didn't want the item. She called the store she ordered from and she was told she couldn't cancel the order but they would do an in-store refund instead. She received the item and returned it to the store, where the associate processed the refunded. She received a notice in her bank statement that she received a refund and then the next day the refund was withdrawn. My wife is not very happy regarding this issue. I have photos of the bank statements, the online confirmation order number, and other relevant information to backup this situation. Regardless, I would give 0 stars if possible. Update: I can’t reply to your attempt to reach out to me for reasons unknown to me, but I have already reached out to customer service and after 3 days the customer service rep insisted it was a banking issue. I am not going back to contact them, if you really cared you would give a phone number to reach someone that is above customer service."
