"Abysmal. Wouldn't take back a Carhart hoodie I'd purchased there as a Christmas gift. I had the receipt and it'd never been worn. Simply wrong size. First, they claimed not to be able to take it back since it was a little over 30 days. I had to show them their own return policy on the bottom of the receipt It clearly states that you can return items after 30 days with the receipt for store credit only, which was all we wanted. Then, suddenly it's "store policy" not to take returns without tags That's nowhere on the return policy on the receipt Won't be back."

"The store was set up good and very clean. the store staff made it easy to find items I needed... Got some very cute shirts and comfy joggers to lounge in... Great experience all the way around."

"Zero organization. Men’s Coats, pants, shirts all in the same spot. Boxes everywhere. Large dust sweeper in the middle of the store with piles of dirt. No changing rooms. Prices missing of clothing. I’d say this could be an abnormal thing but it’s every single time. I put back at least 5 items of cloths because the fitting room wasn’t open. Btw… it’s not open because it’s being used as storage. I never expect much from this location. But last night was too much."

"Went to Gabe's in Lexington Kentucky. That store has so much potential but it was an absolute mess. Tons of boxes needing to be stocked. Stuff all over the floor. They had one basket at the front for customers use. There were two cashiers. It needs better management."

"The store is pretty cluttered with a cornecupia of items at fairly decent prices, just be prepared to hunt through a few things (especially if your looking for clothing). Definitely can find some unique items that you don't have to worry about everyone else having."
