"I’m updating this review based on one kind individual. Today I stopped in as they had an item I haven’t been able to find. Unlike my last two experiences, the young lady working was kind, polite, and extremely helpful. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s one of the nicest that’s been there in a very long time. I got my item and was assured that if it didn’t work I could return it with no problems later this week or she would help me find something in Louisville if I liked. Thank you! Original post (1 Star): I stopped shopping here before due to complete lack of customer service. After a couple years I gave them a try and was satisfied and I’ve bought quite a few things full price and discount, like that matters, but to them it does. Today it was back to the “old” Peppermint Palm. Rude, unwillingness to help locate an item, amongst other things. I was trying to return and item that I was unable to within one time frame, with the recent power outage and complete uprooting of my life. I explained the situation to which “We had power” was the response. Which good for you for keeping on, but those of us relocating ourselves didn’t. I could have had store credit as it was within 10 days but they were a little argumentative about it and never addressed my question about the other items I wanted to purchase, far out weighing the price of the return. It was like they wanted me out of the store with my purchase. So rude. One, “oh, we can see if our other location has that for you and you can use the credit there” would have solved it all. a “sorry about your power glad you’re OK” would have been nice not a snarky “We had power!” I know this review doesn’t change anything, but be warned if you want kindness."

"I’ve been to both peppermint palms and have been treated amazing. I barely shop there but the few times I’ve been there, they got me a fitting a room, helped get other sizes if it didn’t fit, and helped me decide which pieces to get since I had a budget. They were overly nice and went out of their way for me."

"I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The sales people were rude. Obviously they aren't "educated" in clients with money as I was carrying a goyard purse. No one greeted me nor did the sales lady move when I was trying to look at clothes on the rack she was blocking. Over the years I have spent thousands there but will NEVER go back. TERRIBLE!!! Respect people!!!"
