"So now this restaurant is asking drive-thru customers to pull into spaces to wait on "fresh fries." Well, I just got through trying to eat the coldest, most stale fries I've ever had. Managers do better."

"They need to be quicker on serving their food in understanding what the customer wants when the customer orders freshly done chicken nuggets it doesn't mean the extra cooking them it just means they just want them freshly done and that's it not the ones that have been sitting in the tray in that are ice cold. All chicken nuggets should be made fresh not sitting up in the tray waiting for someone to order a 10-pack or a six pack and giving them cold nuggets like you get at this McDonald's"

"My order was messed up on a different day, no big deal. Called and complained, spoke to a manager by the name of Ricky. Ricky had said that he can replace it. Explicitly asked Ricky if we needed to bring the receipt, he said no we don’t need it and to just say we spoke to him. Well, the lady taking our order (who could barely hear apparently) said that it couldn’t be replaced without a receipt, and was extremely rude. Went on and said that her managers know to get receipts and that receipts are needed. Honestly, your management needs retraining if they don’t even know the basics. Expect a corporate complaint."

"Orders are missing items at least half the time. The wait time is ridiculous. Today I waited 20 minutes in a pickup spot before going in and seeing my order just sitting on the counter. It was missing hash browns and a sandwich. Worst of all, the manager never acknowledges the issues. Even a simple apology would go a long way, but she seems disinterested in customer satisfaction."
