"The boneless wing were cold and tasted like they were yesterdays leftovers.. chewy dry and cold... Zaxby's has raised their prices and downsized servings noticeably.. the 10 pc boneless wings probably weighed 4 ounces .. mostly breading and tiny.. the amount of salt they have on their breading is overwhelming now because there's no chicken.. the quality of their chicken fingers has suffered the same shortcomings and have gone up in price so much they are way toooo expensive... So we are done with Zaxby's for good.."

"Delicious food!!! Great staff!!! I was chatting in the lobby with some friends, and the kind gentleman (didn't see his name without mely glasses, so sorry) brought me my to go order to the table. Now that's great service. The only thing that made me put a 4 ⭐, (and I wish there was a 4.7), was 1) the app never works (not this store's fault, btw), corporate issue 2) the prices have gone way up, and you can never find coupons"

"Drink machine sprayed HI-C orange syrup horizontally from the dispenser all over front of my work uniform while on lunch. Employees offered nothing in assistance other than visually inspecting the machine and the manager advised he could do nothing about it and returned to his office. A sad sentiment of customer service but an accurate reflection of the generation."

"Service 10/10, food 2/10. Would not recommend the nibblers. Waste of money and carbs. I can handle the burnt bread, but the fraction of the chicken put on it was a waste. I can NOT recommend."
