The management insisted that it was not their error when my wife's food contained human hair, and when we attempted to obtain a refund, they made it extremely difficult. Due to the fact that my wife is 18 weeks pregnant, we frequently visit Taco Bell to satisfy her desires, but we will never return to this location."
