"Well let down again by KFC west side. Was excited about getting the $20 fill up box, but everything tastes the same even the biscuits, and the fries were so salty you couldn't even tell what you were eating other than salt. Would love to have my money back but I know that's impossible these days. I will just eat elsewhere."

"Chicken was amazing sides were great drinks sucked. I don't drink Pepsi products so I asked for unsweetened iced tea. Very little ice in the cup so my tea was room temp and when I asked for sweetener they had none because the boss(head manager) would let them order it. So if you like tea but need unsweetened with equal or sweet and low, take your own because they don't supply it."

"A few nights ago, my husband and I had ran errands all day and were late getting home. We decided to stop at KFC. It was around 9pm. We had checked online prior to driving there to make sure they were open. Since they were open for another hour, we decided to run through the drive through. Two staff members, one wearing a headset were sitting on the ground towards the back. My window was down and my husband heard the staff members complain about us. Not specific, but just general grumbling about customers showing up. They didn't bother to go inside, and I'm guessing because of the distance from the headset to the store- we couldn't understand them. After telling them three times that we couldn't hear them through the speaker and the person not bothering to go inside- we just left. This has not been the first time we've experienced poor service here in the evening hours. The daytime staff at this location are great, but their evening customer service leaves much to be desired. *Not five stars. I only selected 1 but for some reason it's changed it to 5**"

"Nasty! The coolers and freezers smell like raw eggs, the have roaches and hepatitis! The Frankfort health dept has records of customers who they infected. They are disgusting the way they prepare food without washing hands which you can see and watch this for yourself on the line. They are not worried about the food they serve they are too worried about taking it home with them and stealing it all. Go to the East side!!"
