"Horrible experience from this location. The service was horrible. Possibly because I got the all you could eat shrimp. The first plate had 6 shrimp. I ordered more and after 45 minutes with no refill I mentioned something to the waitress. The manager came over with a very aggressive attitude and said they were busy. Half the tables were empty. Never did get the refill of shrimp. This manager should be fired and kept from speaking with customers. I'll never go back to this location. I wasted my hard earned money."

"Yet another bad review from me for this place. My wife and I went to Applebee's last night for the 2 for $25. The steaks were mediocre at best and mine was overcooked. The mashed potatoes were bland. The broccoli was decent. So, I asked for the check. When it arrived I looked over it and noticed the 2 for $25 was $29. I asked the server about it and she said it automatically adds a little on there when you get the garlic skillets. This was not the case. After posting this on Facebook, people said I had obviously asked for the 8 ounce steak instead of the 6 ounce and that's where the upcharge came from. However, I never asked for 8 ounce steaks. I didn't even know that was a thing. The server did it on her own accord. The steaks didn't look like 8 ounce steaks to begin with. I called today to speak with management, and he was very rude. Last night will be my last night eating at Applebee's in Frankfort."

"I used to eat here all the time way back in the day. Went yesterday, and I'll never return. The bathrooms are so dirty, electric heaters on the sticky gross floors. The toilet paper they expect you to use sits on the gross sticky floor. I'll forever now check all bathrooms before ordering my food. Took forever to get the food and we had bourbon street chicken and steak. It was nasty. The plates were cover in grease, the food on the plates were sitting in so much grease that you had to use a napkin to dry off the food, before attempting to eat it. The steak was ordered medium, it was burned and it was the wrong cut of steak so dry that each bite took 10min to chew. The chicken was burnt, the mushrooms were so burnt they were charred... And yet the onions still wasn't done. How do you do that? Appetizer, simple bread sticks, so bad, tasted like a day old, then recooked, hard and covered in oil and old butter. It came with cheese. The cheeses tasted like fettuccine sauce mixed with dried parmesan cheese, clumpy and nasty. To make things worse, there was food all over the floor, the carpet was so dirty. While trying to force this horrible food down, I have to look at rib bones on the floor. I don't think they've cleaned this place in years. It should be shut down. Where's the health department, I wasn't gonna leave a review but it's the next day and I'm still sick. Shut this place down. The Applebee's name has been tarnished, should be so ashamed! This manager should not be aloud to work in food service. I feel bad for the servers that have to work in this place. My bill was over $50 for this mess, unfortunately I couldn't leave a tip for such horrible food. If the food had been okay not good just okay, I would have left a generous tip. This was bad all the way around!!!"

"Came for dinner and when I went to the women's restroom it was bad. The entire floor was very sticky. In the small stall, the only toilet paper was a large roll sitting on the floor. The food was ok, the chicken I ordered was grilled. The sauce and cheese on it was good but the chicken was over cooked and dry. My spouse got the ribs and I thought it was much better than the chicken. Our server was the bartender and she was awesome! She remembered the small things we asked for and was nice."

"Place was empty and still waited nearly an hour for food....drinks ran dry twice...no one really checking on us....next time i will go elsewhere...on a positive not our waitress was fun and friendly ...edit.....if you want to resolve customer issues....sending a link to an automated survey is not the best way to handle the situation....im still disappointed....and now irritated that an actual human couldnt be bothered to resolve the issue...."
