"I walked into Aaron's Rental and I swear it was like walking in and talking to family/good friends. Courtney made sure that I was taken care of and every need was met. Courtney is friendly and inviting and she doesn't act like I am wasting her time. I took a long time picking what I needed but Courtney walked around with me like I was a VIP and gave me space to think. She suggested items and answered every question without making me feel bad. When I was checking out, the manager Tiffany overheard me talk about the Army. She said that since I was a veteran I received additional privileges. I have been to this particular store many times, for nothing, just to look (it is set up so nicely). My son even asks if we can go by. We are new to Frankfort and I thank the employees at Aaron's for treating us with respect."

"Crazy prices, but I give 4 stars because of the lease option. Also, your merchandise is covered while leasing. No worries with it breaking and you being out money. The staff are friendly and inviting. They don't pressure the sale and will try to work with you to figure out what you want and what options are available. The sales manager Brittany is great. She explained everything so we would understand. Delivery and set up was a breeze. My TV was cracked upon arrival, but was replaced no charge with a better model. Finally, my second favorite employee is Mark. I have dealt with him for years and he is great. He understands that life happens and payments may be late. As long as you communicate, he will work with you to keep ownership. On a last note, anything you pay off goes on your credit as a positive adjustment even though no credit check is required to lease."
