"Quality goods. Something for everyone. Small store crowded with merchandise."
"Great place to shop. Has some really good sales right now. Love shopping there. Has new fall & winter clothes."
"I went into the JCPenney in Frankfort in need of a casual business ensemble: jacket, dress shirt, tie, pants, and shoes. My wife and I were in the beginning stages of trying to figure out what we could put together and starting to come to the realization that there is more to this, like collar measurements, arm length measurements, styles and so on. We were approached by Judy who offered some advice after hearing our discussion while she was straightening up displays near us. Judy assisted us in sizing, color coordination, my concerns about comfort as well as matching ties, and selecting shoes. I left there with everything I needed. I appreciated her care and her service so much! I know that anyone that goes in there to the men’s department will be in very competent hands with her. So listen, ask for Judy. Not only is she good at coordinating colors and fabrics but she is truly a kind person who obviously loves her job. She absolutely made my day!! Thank you Judy!! I will be back and I will ask for you!!"
"I’ve seen gas stations in better condition. The staff congregate in one area and chat about gossip. They keep their backs turned to customers unless they’re interrupted. The store is really hot and humid inside, with low lighting and trash/needles everywhere. I wandered around for anything in my size for an upcoming job interview - I found 1 shirt and 1 pair of pants - in the entire store. The men’s shoe collection is terrible, and like the clothes, only available in small sizes. It’s like JCPenney has no idea what their local demographic is. I had to use a shirt off the shelf to brush needles off the bench and the floor inside the fitting room. The men’s fitting room is abysmal: everything looks busted and broken - AND - there are BODILY FLUIDS on the walls, the bench, and the door knob. The staff didn’t seem shocked and took ZERO action to resolve any of these issues other than handing me what was apparently the ONLY hand sanitizer in the building and said, “I’m sorry that’s your experience.” Waded through disgusting and dangerous conditions, spending $300 only to walk away with 5 items. This place will be out of business in no time. I can guarantee that I will never go back, and will continue to share my experience with everyone I know. This was my first and last time in this building."
"High prices, no prices in view to tell how much they are & the bathroom smelled like, well, it was pretty bad! No toilet paper, just pretty bad. Only 2 dressing rooms, with a long line & the could use a good sweep/mop!! Customer service was great tho!"
