"Don't waste your time. Went 4 Sundays in a row for the same dozen and prce was different each time with the last time being over $8 higher. Want great donuts go to OMG in Frankfort"

"Staff isn't very friendly. Not all of them and not rude per se, but you definitely get the vibe they just want you to go away. The other issue is that this location frequently allows themselves to run out of food. So it's a crapshoot if you're actually going to be able to get what you want here or not. And when you do, it very well may be stale. Honestly, Walmart's donuts were better than what I got here, and they got the order wrong too. It's kind of frustrating, because I like Dunkin and this is the last donut place in town."

"Ordered a single bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Bacon was raw. Barely any of it had been cooked through. Service is always terrible. Anytime me, my family, or friends visit this location we are met with an attitude and delayed communication on their end. If you need an idea on how this location runs, Once I applied, and couldn’t be interviewed at the scheduled time, because when I did show up- no manager was on site or even going to be there for the remainder of the day. They told me this not prior, but when I had wasted my time getting ready for the interview and made it to their location. If you’re wondering, I spent the rest of my day applying to other company’s nearby."

"I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. I got to dunkin very often so I cashed out my rewards for a sandwich. The male at the window was so disgusting and rude. He told me my coupon for a free sandwich wouldn’t work for the sandwich I wanted so I said ok can you exchange it for a different one that will. He said no and continued to raise his voice and refuse to exchange it or make something else because “this sandwich is already made”. If it wasn’t for the fact I’m pregnant and needed to get back to work I would have asked for a manager but I had already waited in a long line. I hope that man doesn’t continue to disrespect customers but I definitely will not be back now."

"I tried this for the first time today. I honestly haven't been doing caffeine for about 6 months and I had a long weekend and needed a pick me up this morning!! Well I do not know if I will be trying again. I got a sweet black pepper croissant with a caramel craze iced signature latte. The bacon on the sandwich was not done it was very chewy and I did not taste any sweet or pepper. The latte tasted like a black coffee with no sugar or anything in it? Just not a good experience overall!! I will stick to my Starbucks or just making my own at home! Thanks but no thanks! Kinda wanted to go back and get a refund!"
