Bubba’s Subs and Ice Cream

"I really, really wanted to like this place. The sandwiches are incredibly overpriced for the size and quality. Meat portions are small, low quality and pre-sliced (at least the roast beef was). Pasta and potato salads were good but they should be for 3 bucks a pop. Didn't try the ice cream. It looked good but not a big selection. Hopefully it will get better and I will try them again. Okay, tried them again. This time tried the all-you-can-eat pizza and salad bar. While the salad bar was fresh, ice cold and had a good selection, the pizza was dried out and old. Also, for $15 a person plus $6 for two lemonades I would expect real plates and silverware, not paper plates and plastic forks. Next I'll take my $40 to Hometown Pizza where I'll get a waitress, china plates and fresh food."

"Great place all around. They've really invested a lot of money into it! And they actually have like 18-20 flavors of ice cream, idk why people are saying it's a limited selection, and it's very high quality ice cream. Plus sundaes, shakes, malts, banana splits. Awesome retro gaming arcade also. Like 12 consoles, all brand new."

"Great service. I got a two scoop cup, blueberry waffle and strawberry cheesecake. Both were super yummy. They had tap to pay so that was awesome! And they also offered my pups a little cup of whipped cream! of course the pup were waiting patiently outside and enjoyed their treat. :) We’re visiting from Texas and sure do appreciate the hospitality!"

"I really wanted this place to be good because Carrollton needs some quality restaurants, however, I have been three times now and all three times, the employees put on dirty (used) gloves to make the food. The first time this happened, I said nothing... The second time, I sent a message over Facebook and was told it would be addressed. Went back yesterday and sure enough, they picked up gloves that were wadded up from the counter to make the food. I feel this is a real health issue and needs to be addressed. For the prices there, they can afford clean gloves for employees... just gross!"

"Very delicious ice creams, highly recommended formula and a view of the great river... If you go through Carrollton ...you should have an ice cream by the river... I will return to try those appetizing paninis-sandwich"
