"Got door dash and they leave stuff out and then talk to you like it's not their problem when you call. And I worked there a couple years ago, they have roaches and the employees are allowed to eat while they are making the food."

"We went thru drive thru and ordered fish strips and crinkle fries. We also ordered a classic roast beef and French dip sandwich. The fish and fries were not good at all. We threw them away. The roast beef was good according to my son. We had not eaten here in months due to previous experiences but decided to give it another try. I don’t think we will be back anytime soon."
"Whenever I get something other than their classic menu items I'm usually disappointed, and this was no exception-- the new Boneless Buffalo Wings were just okay, not very meaty and were so soaked in sauce it started leaking through the box. Crinkle Fries were decent. The one new item I ever liked (Mac n' Cheese) has been discontinued. I do like this particular Arby's location, though--service is fast and courteous."
