"I tried to get food when they opened at 8am because thats when their website said they opened. Pull up to three employees smoking outside and they continued to tell me they opened at 9. Maybe update your website if that’s the case"

"The employees working there today are rude, hateful and disrespectful. A 90 year old veteran asks for a cup of water to take his medicine and they tell him he needs order a cup off a computer and pay for it that it’s not their problem, then me and my husband are standing there for 15 minutes waiting on someone to come talk to us and take a order and a lady yells I need to order off the computer but all I have is cash I didn’t have a card to pay at the kiosk so she looks at my husband and says then go threw the drive threw, we can’t do that either because we have a 2000 pound trailer being pulled behind our truck and can’t make the turns, worst place and worst people I’ve ever been to they will sit in there butt and yell at you before they help you!"

"Every time we come here something goes wrong. Our last experience we asked for them to take a burrito off in order to make to little chicken and cheese wraps and was told there still wasn't enough chick now how is that possible if there is enough to make a burrito but not to chicken and cheese wraps when there are only 4 pieces of chicken on it. On top of that they don't listen at night they add things on that are not suppose to be on the order. This store is horrible."

"Cold food, poor service. Appears staff was preparing for an inspection of some kind. Being asked if they had completed this or that task. Ordered 2 Burrito Supremes & woman assembling them, would put items on, stop & talk, add items. Food was added to us without saying thank you or even acknowledgment. Cold food sucks anytime, but especially on a 2 day trip from Texas to Ohio... when you stop, you need your food to be HOT."
