"It's horrible at the Charlestown store.. there's always something wrong with my order, have to pull around and wait till they get it right. Not a decent manager on duty that's willing to correct they're mistakes."
"Got pink, cold, uncooked double quarter pounder hamburger last week. After waiting at the 3rd drive thru window for 11 minutes to get the food. Tried to call to see if I could pick up one the next day since we were already home and no one answered the phone. The top patty was fine but the bottom, just gross."
"Two of my chicken nuggets were stuck together and the batter was raw, I go here all the time usually have a good experience but this shocked me"
"Literally every time I come to this location I have an issue. I generally order through the app and pick up through the drive thru. Every time I do this, I have gotten cold fries and generally wait 12-23m for my food. Today, they gave my order to someone else, then had me pull up my app to view the receipt because they didn't believe I was at the right location. The one time I DID go inside, the lady behind the counter was less than thrilled to be taking orders and took 7m after me walking in the door to do so. Then when I asked about my drink after waiting 18m for a mcchicken and fry, I was told "you get your own here" as she gestured to the row of cups BEHIND THE COUNTER like I was supposed to go back there and grab one for myself? All around, I'd just avoid this place until they can figure out how to run their operation. You're going to wait almost 20m for food, and your order will be cold AND wrong once you finally do get it. Save yourself the headache."
"I stopped in with the kids for breakfast and to my surprise if they were on this morning! The drive thru was quick and the food was hot hot! It was probably one of the best bacon egg and cheese biscuits I have had in awhile!!"
