No greeting as I entered the store, I was the only one in the store, and there were several employees. Nobody asked if I needed assistance. They didn't even ask if I found everything okay once I arrived at the counter. AutoZone is a great store and I prefer them over other parts stores in the area but staffing is an issue as with most businesses. I recommend doing the research before you go to the store and figuring out what parts you need, and part number(s). That way you know you're getting the correct items."

"I was on an out of state trip to Carrollton, and after noticing the sweet sweet smell of burnt antifreeze, discovered my water pump was on the verge of a catastrophic failure (bad bearing). An easy enough job with tools, which I did not have. The guys at this store were incredibly helpful, getting everything I needed to get it replaced, IN the parking lot.
