"We purchased a mattress from Boxdrop with Brittany about 3 years ago. Had a wonderful experience back then. She told us if anything happened to our mattress to let her know and she would do what she could to make it right. Our mattress became uncomfortable to sleep on. We contacted Brittany and explained what happened. She told us what to do and we got the very easy process started. All we did was send her a picture of the mattress and the tag and within a week, she contacted us back saying we could come to the store and pick out a new mattress! We were able to take the mattress we picked out home the very same day! And this mattress is even better than the first one! Brittany was awesome to work with and we will definitely be back for another mattress when we are ready to upgrade!"

"Bought mattress back in May 2023. Called Box Drop to tell them our mattress has a bulge on one side and the mattress has separated. Sent pictures as requested, no response. Called the warranty company twice and there is no one there to accept the call and to leave a message. Again no response."
