"I have a love-hate relationship with DSW. I love shopping here, but hate spending money. I went in looking for one pair of red pumps. Found a great pair by Jessica Simpson. Then purchased 2 pairs of black pumps and a pair of Infant Converse. Returned the next day and bought a pair of Timberlands on clearance. A pair of toddler Converse and a pair of Timberlands for an Infant. I must have looked at almost every womens shoe for a few hours. Signed up as a DSW VIP member for a discount. Great selections of Mauve and Toupe colors too. Store opens at 10 am."
"Ordered shoes 12/22. Received last status email 12/26. Still no order by 1/7/24. I called customer service and was told to call the store to cancel. 1/14/24 STILL no order. Called the Park Shoppes location and they were RUDE. Waited 15 minutes on hold the first time. Called back and the “manager” immediately put me on hold again for another 15 minutes saying they had a line. I told her I am a customer too. That clearly doesn’t matter to this “manager”. This is the last I will spend with them because it is their gift card and I can’t use it anywhere else."
"I ordered online for store pickup. I went to the end of register area where it clearly states store pickup. There was a male employee taping paper to boxes who ignored my presence for 3 to 4 minutes. I finally said excuse me, I'm here for online pick up. He stated I must stand in the extremely long line to get my order. I may have well shopped and paid in store. It completely defeats the purpose of shopping online. Not one employee was pleasant. When I got my order they just checked size and handed it to me. That male employee could have done that and saved me 25 minutes of my precious time. Never shopping here again."
"Must visit to shop bag full..Keep your wallet tight,otherwise you will buy all displayed in shelf. We family of 5 enjoyed much shopping here but with sorrow,emptee our wallet..ok,no issues once in time for quality items purchased. You can choose,as per your taste all,shoes,cheppal,Tue,socks,caps,children items,bands etc etc etc"
