"Martha customer service is terrible. I believe she’s the manager anyways the store is slow, I’m just standing in the line while it was 2 employees at the register. They both are just on their phones and just STARRING at me. It seems like they were each waiting to see who was going to say something first but neither of them said ANYTHING for minutes!!!!! I don’t believe they were ever going to say anything. Just keep looking at me in my eyes until I had to finally ask EXCUSE ME ARE YALL OPEN???? Then finally Martha she said yeah she was doing something. While the brown girl with the afro just walked off. (Second time she walked off and came back while I was in line, didn’t speak at all) Martha appears to be a grown woman with no matters it takes 2 SECONDS to say, “I’ll be right with you” but minutes with me just standing there with no acknowledgment just looks is very unprofessional. I only had 4 items I don’t understand why they just kept looking at me like they don’t work here."

Also the store manager shameka she has a very clean store also she has a great personality and great on the job training skills. Each time I come in this store to shameka is always hard at work her and Brandon.I contacted the district manager Sylvia and let her know what a great job these employees doing and what a great store she has we value our store in this community"
