"My first time shopping at this location, I was there for about 15 minutes when an employee with curly hair and glasses said, "There's so many people in here, don't ya'll have a job" while talking to another employee. And it wasn't as if she was whispering it to her, she said it out loud for everyone to hear. You should be thankful people choose to shop at this location, seeing as the clothes are outdated and stuck in the 2010s. You're better off going to Rue 21 which is a couple stores down. You'll probably find better clothes there."
"Don’t even bother, just take your stuff to goodwill. Brought two bags in of stuff to sell, one wasn’t even looked at i could tell because the clothes were all in the same order i had put them in, and it was a DEEP laundry basket. Such a ploy to get you in the store. I’m sure if i stayed in the store to shop while they went through my stuff they would have spent more time on it hoping i would buy stuff…"
"The clothes here are extremely out of date, meanwhile they say they only buy what's trendy and its a teen store. NEITHER ARE TRUE. Just go to Ross down the strip. Also, if you are trying to sell clothes, even with a tag if they are not dingy and from the 90s they will not buy from you. Don't waste your time."
"Good Plato’s but BEWARE, the dressing rooms have a camera on the ceiling just outside of them, and when looking at the door from inside you can’t see it, you can see it looking in the mirror which means it can see you. Felt very uncomfortable and will not be changing in there ever again. I like the clothes and stuff but having a camera that can see you change is literally scary."
"I went there earlier today as my first time for this location and my overall experience was meh. Few things you have to know before you come here: 1. There is a limit to 1 bin/ bag per customer. 2. Usually short staffed. So be prepared to wait a long time. 3. This platos is very clean and organized however, the pants section are not categorized correctly… so make sure you try on the pants and check the sizes. 4. Monica (the hiring manager) is very nice but she does look a little bit stressed out since she was the only worker so asking for assistance might be difficult. I think due to her stress, her attention to detail is affected because when she was checking me out, she forgot to pay me at first and forgot the fact that I have not signed the offer quote yet. 5. The reviews about them being overstocked on everything is very true. They did not accept most of my items and I felt like I wasted my time driving out here from richardson. To give you context about my experience, I came here with 3 bags of clothes but since there is a 1 bag limit, I had to pick my best bag. I had the following brands in this bag in rarely used condition: kate spade, jcrew, forever 21, banana republic, franchesca, free people , Ralph Lauren, and a few other unknown brands. I checked in at 11:54am and got checked out at 12:56 (so about an hour). I saw the lady working there skim through my clothes at around 12:30 for like under 2 minutes and I sat there and waited until 12:56 for her to tell me she just bought one item which was a pair of booties of an unknown/ cheap brand. Things I think this location could’ve improved on: 1. Greet me when I walk in. 2. Hire more part time employees so customers could have a better experience. You can’t run this store properly with just one person. I empathize for the lady working alone today. 3. If it took you 2 min to skim through my bag and you only purchased ONE item and you see me sitting there waiting…then tell me once you get done. An hour spent waiting could have easily been shortened to 35 min. 4. You guys contradict yourself when you say you need more women’s swimsuits when you literally passed up brand new with tags women’s Ralph Lauren swimsuit from my bag. I am confused as to what kind of swim wear you guys are looking for."
