"Upon arrival, we were met with a rude door lady saying that there was a line and that 10 people at a time could be let in. Mind you that was 10 people not 10 customers. I asked a lady to speak to the manager( Brandon) he stated that there’s nothing he could do and if I didn’t like it, I could go somewhere else so I told him he can go and we left. Y’all have lost a lifelong customer. We are at Hibbetts spending our hard earned money."

"I was supposed to come pick up shoes here , store hours show they close at 7pm got here at 6:30 when I got off work to pick up my shoes and they were closed before 7pm no note explaining on door that said they closed early !! I wanted to update my bad review, there was an emergency this night I spoke with them today and went and picked up my order all shoes were there and it was exactly what I was expecting!!"

"I had the unfortunate experience of visiting DTLR Shoe store recently, and let me tell you, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I had heard mixed reviews about this place, but I wanted to give it a chance. Little did I know that I was in for a rude awakening. First and foremost, I made a special effort to leave work early so that I could make it to the store before their supposed closing time of 7:00 PM. I arrived at 6:30 PM, thinking I had ample time to browse and make a purchase. To my utter dismay, the store was already closed! How can a business have such a blatant disregard for their advertised operating hours? It's beyond me. The lack of professionalism displayed by the staff was truly astounding. Not only did they refuse to acknowledge my presence, but they also made no effort to inform me that they were closing early. It was as if my time and patronage meant absolutely nothing to them. Needless to say, I was left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Not only was the store closed prematurely, but the overall organization and cleanliness were also severely lacking. I couldn't help but notice the disarray and haphazard arrangement of the merchandise. It was nearly impossible to find anything I was interested in, and the limited selection only added to my disappointment. Furthermore, the customer service, or rather the lack thereof, was abysmal. The employees seemed disinterested and unhelpful. It was as if they were intentionally trying to discourage any potential customers from making a purchase. Well, congratulations, DTLR, because you succeeded in driving away this potential sale. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping at DTLR Shoe store to think twice. Unless you enjoy wasting your time, being treated poorly, and encountering an unprofessional and disorganized shopping experience, steer clear of this place. There are countless other shoe stores in the area that will value your time and provide the service you deserve. In conclusion, my visit to DTLR Shoe store was a complete and utter disaster. From their false operating hours to their lackluster customer service, this establishment has proven itself to be an absolute disappointment. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable store that actually cares about its customers."

"Pretty cool shop I was surprised to come in and find retro 1s but wasn’t allowed to try them on before purchasing which was weird. Overall good shoe store to get some new kicks."
