"Disappointed in the customer service. I looked online and saw a shirt available I wanted. I called the store to make sure it was available and the clerk said it wasn’t. I don’t believe she even looked, but I took a chance to drive in and look for myself and found it with ease. It’s no point in working at the store if you don’t want to work and help out the customers."

"The employees were very polite, though some men were trying to steal and i saw that which i understand why theyve had them go one at a time into dressing rooms not because of their race but because ive been in this store many times and these same men have tried to steal or have stolen items from this store. its common sense if only one manager is there at the time things can only go certain ways."

We go on a Sunday to walk in and find the manager eating her food lunch McDonald's at the register saying to another employee I might just shut the store down and go on break. Like really number one you should not be eating Infront of customers or talking bout closing the store so you can go on break like why even come in . No manners rude to busy worried about trying to eat her food and accusing these Mexican guys of being sketchy and stealing . This store needs major details to the district manager and to what is goin on in this store ....."

"Sunday May 14th mother's Day at 3:45 p.m. me and some of my friends wanted to go shopping we got to the store noticed the door was locked and it had a sign on the door saying manager and staff on break or whatever three employees standing around doing nothing looking at each other have the door locked at 3:45 on a Sunday tell me why when you close at 5 p.m. you never know who's under shopper who works for rude or is coming in there as a district manager or manager from another store to check out your store this is a rue21 violation of policy you are never to close the store unless you have an emergency let alone you should know better as a manager this will be forwarded to corporate and investigation will take place. So next time you want to close your store for no good reason please know that there are other managers and district managers and people from within the company that do come in secret shop and check out your stores without you knowing do you want to keep your job I suggested to not ever do this again."
