"I went into Zara galleria at 7 PM on a Friday night and literally every staff member that I talked to was rude and hateful. They even had the fitting rooms closed at 7 o’clock. You couldn’t even try on clothes to see if it fit or not I will never ever return to any Zara ever again. I had just left another store in the same mall called Altard State where the customer service was so wonderful. It wasn’t even comparable. Not sure why Zara allows. Such poor negative customer service."
"A good solid 3.5 place. Prices lead you to believe the quality is there however, it does let you down in some areas. Limited on sizes and quality. The items are spread out in the store due to not having a large selection. There are some good buys here."
"Located in the first floor which is accessible to the parking lot. In general there's a good selection of apparel and the collection is updated frequently. I had an unpleasant experience with a knitted piece that I purchased and that shrank to a lower size after washing and drying. The store was unwilling to let me trade it for another without receipt. The designers should consider that the American market doesn't consider sundry pieces, there's no patios where to dry the clothing. The manager was unwilling to help even though I explained that it was unacceptable to have a piece shrank so much in a single washing"
