When I called back a lady answered and I asked if they had a certain shoe that I bought online & wanted to exchange, she said they don’t carry that brand which I don’t think is true cause I bought these shoes on their website."

"Bought 2 pair of Nike shoes at this location tried on the white pair fit perfectly bought the 2nd pair in pink didn't think I need to try it on because the white pair was great. Pink pair fit smaller they would not exchange without a receipt just a simple exchange did not want money back just a 1/2 size larger had to call district manager for something this small."

"My son wanted to visit. I walked and greeted a tall gentleman at the register; he also offered to help us. I thought he was the only one working there for a minute. 2 other women were there, one was in the back corner busy eating subway, and the other one (young girl) was outside with a few guys in the parking lot, who stared me up and down like I was ruining her air. Not sure if the guys she was outside with worked there, but they did come inside the building with her. As we looked at the clothes, the young one watched us the whole time; we left and decided we were not returning. Spend my hot dollar somewhere else!!!"
