"Incredibly rude employees. Do not shop here. My mother was just in this store doing some Christmas Shopping with my 5 month old and had her in a shopping cart from the Marshalls next door because the carrier is a bit heavy for her and I have my daughter's stroller in my car at work. She was asked to leave because of this. If that is how they are going to treat customers in the store it is best to give your business elsewhere. I used to work in retail and would NEVER do this."
"Awful customer service. I got greeted by an Asian female who immediately told me when I walked in the door, “Just so you know, we close in 10 minutes” which is very rude to say. And you do not say that to customers. Also, I was there for a very specific shoe and I knew what color and size I wanted but they didn’t have my size anyway. So it took me less than 3 min to realize they didn’t have the pair of shoes I was looking for. I’ve been shopping at Famous Footwear for over 10 years I’m a rewards member. To top it off another female who was white I believe, told me have a nice day when I was walking out only to laugh behind my back with the Asian girl. Luckily I turned around and caught her. So I told her she doesn’t have to speak to me if she’s going to laugh behind my back. Very rude ladies working here. Not coming back."
"Store is very clean and organized but one register open on a Saturday. I'm about 7th in line. Manager kind of pushy about helping us find shoes. Wish she would jump on register and help the one guy. Almost put our shoes down and walked out."
