"Very poor customer service. I asked 1 worker where slacks were, she says nothing and points me in the opposite direction of the store in the wrong area. Then I asked another female worker who just kept walking, ignored me at first as I said excuse me for a 2nd time, she didn't even stop moving to help me. I had to walk along side her to ask. She just pointed in a general direction. I asked " you dont know where they are " she said no. Not even trying to help. Rudest customer service ever. This isn't a Walmart, I expected better from this place."
"Today we visited this location. The manager was at the counter and was very pleasant and helpful. We purchased a tuxedo she was holding for us from a prior location. We were able to have it hemmed in an hour. The store was clean and very organized. I didn't see any dust on the suits like I've seen in previous locations. I highly recommend this store."
"This store is the BOMB!!! Great selection of several clothing prodicts for ladies, men and kids. The prices were very reasonable and great selection of kids Suits with different designs. The customer service was also great and I will surely shop here again when opportuned."
