"Went to dollar tree on bell and 45th my husband went in to get hand sanitizer. The ones he got were the wrong kind so he went back in 30 seconds later to return them. Employees had no clue what they were doing and told him he was better off trying to exchange at another store. Although we literally purchased them within a minute and need to return them, they didn’t care. They expected us to waste our gas trying other stores to exchange them. Their return policy is ridiculous especially when trying to make a correction IMMEDIATELY after purchasing the items. What a scam of a company"

"On a busy Saturday night, the manager (Amanda) left one new employee on the only open register with a line around the store. I had to go back to the employee only area and yell "hello" loudly several times, just to find her behind another closed door, and advise of the line. After advising her of the fact that her new employee needed help, she stated that she was working on something and closed the door. After a while longer, she finally came out and opened a register after several people had left their items in the carts and walked out. The couple before me had several items extra that were miscounted when they were rung up, and were needing a refund. They went to the manager for the issue only to be met with rudeness and her stating no. They were told to just go get more items, then come back through the line. They came back to be met with a "you're good" and being rudely dismissed. The lady asked for a bag and the manager then bagged the boxes and then threw them at the lady. Needless to say, I won't be back to this store at all, and I hope this manager is disciplined."
