"I walked in to purchase a hoodie. I stood behind a customer that had a return. No big deal. Another customer walked up behind me, an employee came to the empty register, checked that customer out, then walked off. As I stood there waiting, I noticed 4 employees walking around talking to each other. I stood there another 15 minutes, for the return was taking a bit of time. I finally decided to leave, after about 20 minutes, because I was a bit in a hurry. Pretty disappointed that I couldn't get that awesome hoodie. I guess they don't want to make a sale that bad."
