However, the service department has given us such a terrible experience that we are ready to sell our camper. "I have bought and sold several RVs over the last 8 years and I've had 2 interactions with Crestview in Georgetown. I didn't do a review the first time because I don't like to waste my time on the off chance someone was just having a bad day. But you can tell their elitist attitude is a part of their every day culture at this location, specifically by their sales manager. I'll have his dumbfounded looking face seared in my memory forever. His fragile ego was hurt when I forgot my physical title in Colorado when selling them my travel trailer. Although I was having it overnighted during a holiday weekend, it wasn't arriving for a couple of days. They had already inspected it and they had me sign all the paperwork but couldn't cut the check without my physical title in their hand. I didn't want to leave my property there over the holiday weekend without payment, so I asked to take it home and bring it back Tuesday when I had the title. It would also give me time to show it to one more lady that was interested in buying it. Mr. Sales Manager seemed astonished that I would even speak and said, "it's your camper." and that I could bring it back when the title came in but they would just need to inspect the exterior again. I said ok and drove it 15 minutes away where it sat for 4 days while my title came in. When I called to take it in with title in hand, SUDDENLY my 2021 Keystone Outback was "in too rough condition" and Mr. Sales Manager didn't want to buy it now. Why in the world would it suddenly be in too rough condition? I know RVs., and it might have been dirty, which I had cleaned by the time I was taking it back, but it was almost perfect. Everything worked perfectly, never been in an accident, never had kids in it, never been smoked in. It had normal wear and tear of a 2 year old travel trailer, which anyone that uses them knows what that is. I attached pictures of how we treated our property. Unfortunately, my boyfriend left food in the fridge before storing it, so when I took it in, that was the only "rough" thing about it. So, he just wanted to "stick it to me" for causing him to do paperwork the day I took it in and then speaking up for myself by not wanting to leave my property there for 4 days with no payment to me. Trust me, go anywhere else for RV business. I've worked with many many dealerships in Texas and always got treated with respect everywhere else. You will get a way better deal elsewhere and any other dealership in Texas is going to treat you with respect. Every other dealership I called after this was eager to buy my unit and have all been EXTREMELY friendly. The Crestview sales manager should probably retire, because when you forget how to smile, that's when it's time to find a new passion in life. I feel sorry for the guys that have to work for him."

"After losing my last rig to the hail storm, it was time to go shopping. I really hate dealerships and I really hate leaving reviews. But I just had to give recognition to my sales representative Kenneth, he was the absolute BEST! Kenneth really listened to what I was looking for, price range, things I wanted to do different, my concerns and was extremely patient with me. He was not pushy at all, he truly made the buying process easy and stress free. My Technician Jesse, was amazing as well. Jesse explained everything about my new rig and helped me learn the ins and outs of towing. On top of that, he showed me things I didn’t even know about my truck! (Also thanks for being patient with my dad) I left feeling confident! Huge thanks to Kenneth and Jesse!"

"My salesman Kenneth McMillian was very knowledgeable of the features and benefits of my 2024 Keystone Cougar so 25RDS. He was able to provide me with answers to all of my questions. The Cougar is my 2nd travel trailer I purchase so my questions were more detailed than a first time buyer. Kenneth personally helped program my phone to the On Command System making it so easy to turn lights, AC, water pump and stabilizer from outside trailer. This works well when I arrive to my trailer at night. Financing was easy and the rates were very competitive. Randy Wilson made this transaction very easy and mostly very clear to understand.
