"WOW! Best customer service I've received in a long time. I purchased a Lego Nintendo set for my son yesterday and was allowed to go through the set to make sure everything was complete. After inspecting everything I happily made my purchase (Thanks John) and raced home to surprised my son. Well today he was building this massive Lego set and he noticed bag 18 was missing from the set. I called the store and Jess answered. John was at lunch so I told her what happened and without hesitation she started researching how to help me out. Within 30 minutes Jess called me back and was chatting online with Lego customer service. She was able to get me the missing bag and even have it shipped to my house.
