If you shop with this company you might want to make sure you pay with cash incase you have to return anything. I paid with my card and the card I used had been canceled due to fraud They only option they gave was to put on a gift card, which I was still within my return policy , pretty much forcing people to shop with them."

"This entire company has an impossibly complicayed comouter system, rewards, discounts, points, and its clearly not easier for seasoned retail employees to navigate. The store has everything, Incliding the longest lines, 30 min wait minimum, and if they have it in stock it's on the floor and the customers line has trampled the items."

"If I could give 0 stars I would!! I also came in to pick up an online order there were 3 employees and only one of them working the register. It took from 259pm until 409pm to start the line and complete my online pickup. When I brought this to the attention to the store personnel she said her other register is broken and thanked me for my patience for the 17th time Ma’am atp you’re only saying it to be spiteful. I’m glad I never have to go through this again as my children are in high school and don’t where uniforms!"

"Came to str to purchase pjs for my kids I was also looking for some leggings and found some. The sign was announcing 50% off Leggings which I saw them I got 2. Went to register to pay and when I paid they only took 40% which I went back and told this Dumb girl. And she was like OOPS SORRY THE TAGS JUST CHANGE. I told her WELL YOU STILL HAVE THIS ONE UP SOO. And she ask another girl to check and scan the leggings wasting my time because they were just like OOH YEAH TAGS CHANGE. They didn’t wanted to respect the tag. Soo I just left.
