"Staff is friendly but the store is a mess. It’s not organized and the sale signs don’t really match the items. So you have no idea if the clothes you’re wanting are original price or on sale. You won’t know until you get to the register. For example A table of tshirts was buy 2 for $12 but I didn’t know that until they were ringing me up."

"The line is ALWAYS wrapped around the store at this location! Does not matter what time or what day. Ridiculous. Today is Saturday so it's expected to be busy. So why 2 cashiers?"

"NO RESTROOMS! The sign is hanging from the ceiling. Comfortably sipped on my bottle water as I shopped with my male teenage son. He already doesn’t want to be out. When I gotta go… well there are wired shelves blocking the doors. I told myself this can’t be. At closer inspection the doors where taped with clear duct tape!!! All three restroom doors, family, men, & women’s. The store was full at that! How disrespectful to take customers money & have the restroom closed in that manner!!! There is NO WAY all 3 where out of order! JUST PUT THE SIGN ON THE OUTSIDE WINDOW TO WARN CUSTOMERS. PATHETIC!!! In agreement with another review that clothes should be better organized to keep business in this area. I’m at a 1 min difference in distance from the Park Lane location. I wanted to try another spot. Had issues finding jeans due to how the where folded improperly & not showing the cut & size. Do better in then jean wall. Same issue in the Park Lane location regarding the jeans. I was asked for help there though. The restroom thing made me feel like a criminal & just degrading! SMH"

"Its nice to see this location slowly getting better. I still don’t think it is at 100% but compared to a few months ago it just seems so much better. You walk in and you can actually see that the mannequins are wearing cloths on the selves and racks. While I do think there is still room for improvement, the customer service is always there to clear up any confusion. Most recently I was helped by a young man who’s tag said Sr Lead and he was very kind and respectful even when I bombarded him with questions."

"This Old Navy is terrible. Clothes are always on the floor, even at 10am on a Tuesday, and you won’t see anyone in the process of trying to clean it up. I regret not posting photos of 15 clear bags of trash next to the cash register 2 years ago. I know the Cedar Hill community is majority African-American but we should expect and demand better. The Old Navy at Park Lane in Dallas is organized and well stocked but I shouldn’t have to go to Dallas, Arlington or Southlake for a comfortable shopping experience. Old Navy and Children’s Place in Hillside Village are both shameful. Please Cedar Hill local government, bring in businesses that are viable, diverse and respectful of the community, so we can keep our money in town."
