"Wait time in line is ridiculous! It shouldn't take a phone call from a customer standing in line to mention the excessive line with limited cashiers! If a manager would take a walk on the floor or look at the cameras they would clearly see. Terrible customer experience! Corporate offices a site visit is probably long over due. It's literally 23 people in line and from my call they added another cashier to make 3 cashiers. Where is the leadership? Even with employees call outs you still have to manage."

"I don’t normally leave reviews but I am saddened and upset with this store. My husband and I stopped by to shop around. We found some some items I wanted to try on because every item fits differently. I will not buy if I cannot try it on. I walk to the fitting rooms and I’m immediately told “we’re closed”. I asked “what time do you normally close the fitting room” . The lady shrugged her shoulders and tossed up her hands. “ so you just close whenever you want to?” I asked to put my items on her rack for return so I didn’t miss place the items I couldn’t buy. My husband and I immediately left even though I wanted to shop in the home goods department. It’s seem like this Ross cares little for customer service and is doing fine by turning business down."

"Aldo pumps and handbag. Ross never disappoints when it comes to home decor. I've decorated several spaces with Ross pieces. Love the black art! Yes everything you see is from Ross!"

"Today I experienced the worst customer service ever. I shop Ross cedar hill all the time. Today there was a really bad storm that caused power outage. The staff told customers to go to the front of the store. Then told everyone to get out n go outside. They endangered lives by kicking everyone out into this tragic storm. Winds were high, rain was pouring down, it’s was foggy. We couldn’t see. They could have at least waited for the storm to pass and ask customers in a professional manner to exit the building. Instead we were told to “go outside” I’m quoting their words exactly. I have photos and plan on documenting and sending to district manager. This was sad to see, instead of keeping customers safe inside building until storm passed by , they decided to kick all of us out. I am very disappointed to see that our safety was not a priority."
