"I really had a bad experience here in terms of just expediently getting stuff done. They said it was the insurance dragging their feet. That might be mostly true; might not. However, they did *not* keep on top of Progressive to make sure my repairs were being subsidized when my car's rim colors were.mismatched by a company Gillman had contracted out to. The other work that they did was pretty good and relatively quick, but the rim mismatch really made things difficult. Gillman did end up getting Progressive to pay for an entirely new factory rim to fix the issue , but it was like pulling teeth with both agencies and I spent a lot of time trying to get seemingly everyone to follow through. I can say that I am extremely disappointed with Progressive, but that's a separate review."

"Total job took about 30days to complete repair of door jam, bumper& driver fender from wreck, but just which communication was a little better but overall great service and on point paint job!! "Worst service and staff ever. I wish there was a negative stars option. Even after speaking to the manager, it took over 2 hours and multiple conversations to lift and inspect the noise I heard. Since it wasn't properly addressed during the initial repair. When they finally lifted the car they saw there was wear on the side the accident occurred. This is causing issues with my claim. They aren't providing proper info to the insurance to cover repairs. My service person came up with an alignment but alignment ls don't make noise. There is clearly some structure issues and they aren't willing to investigate. Had I known my concerns would be dismissed and communication was non existent, I would have taken my car elsewhere. I feel there was a bias that I didn't take care of my car until they saw my service records from team gillman honda. They orginal repair was 7 days. UT took over 2 hours waiting for them to lift and investigate. Ironically the damage ls are on the side where I was hit. Regardless I need to know what's the problem. Now, I have to pay for an estimate out of pocket because they didn't inspect when I first brought my car in on 8/7/23. Now, I'm left to figure out what's being said between TGCC and the insurance company. I'm going to get a second opinion. The receptionist sucks too. She wouldn't transfer me to the estimators voicemail but took a message. Never received a call back until I reached out again. Nothing can fix this experience. I told the estimators it needs to be fixed regardless but provide a diagnosis. Never again."

"My car had all four wheels stolen and the window smashed, I took it here to be repaired. It took two weeks to repair what should have been as simple as replacing the window and all four wheels. Everyday I called to check if it was ready they told me "it will be ready tomorrow". Once it was "repaired" I noticed they had neglected to replace the wheel locks, forgot to install the window seals on the passenger side, and when I rolled down the window the regulator scratched off the tint. I took it back to be fixed and it once again took several days and my car window still rattles when I drive down the highway. Please save yourself the trouble and do not come here to get your vehicle repaired."
