"Avoid! They are consistently the most expensive dealer in the houston area. Parts and service are double other dealers. Person answering at parts dept stated “the supervisor told us to set the prices this way. Each dealer has its own pricing since they are franchised.” Even little parts they nickel and dime you. A radiator clip is 200% list vs other dealers that charge at cost or give a discount. Service is the same. I even tried to get a remote start looked at they installed and they were both difficult to accept looking at the vehicle along with incompetent how it works. Probably the reason why it doesn’t work correctly."

"I called the parts department. It was about 345pm 07/22/21. I didn't get the name but this man was disrespectful and he said that i didn't know what I was talking about; cutting me off and not allowing me to speak "Moving on..Moving on...." Is all he kept cutting me off with. When I called back David (SUPER HELPFUL) let me know the part is actually real and is available for pickup next day. Give David a raise and please discipline that other guy. Sorry I didn't get his name but apparently he let know that he's been doing this for 25 years and has never heard of a condenser motor only a coolant motor. Glad David was there on my second call"
