"I will NEVER shop here again. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in. Several people walked in after me and got the “how may I help you? What size are you shopping for? Are you looking for anything in particular?” I never got that. I came in for something specific and if it wasn’t for that, I would have put everything down and walked out. They had their noses so far in the air like they were too good to help me. News flash.. you work at Carter’s. Also, the girls were talking about their birth control. Loud enough to where everyone else in the store could hear. Very unprofessional."

"5 stars for the store and their employees they’re AMAZING!!! But, DO NOT order online!!!! They ship via FedEx unfortunately so their packages are absolutely ALWAYS late by at least 2-3 days!!! Some of them I even received ripped open!"

Marion is such an asset To the store . She is knowledgeable in sizes and inventory and where everything is . She goes above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for and has such a sweet spirit . She Knows people by their first names which adds such a personal touch to customer service . I am always treated so nicely and checkout is fast and accurate . I’ve ordered things online and she always calls me to let me know when they are ready for pickup . Carter’s is so fortunate to have such an wonderful manager !"
