"I brought in my car to service the check engine light. After their inspection, they located the issue which was a malfunctioning O2 sensor that would have to be replaced. They brought to my attention that my tires needed to be changed because they were developing "tire rot," which I was aware of and so I agreed to get new tires, which they had on sale, along with a tire realignment. I asked them to change the oil on the car as well and expected to drive off with a well tuned car for the next 30-40 thousand miles. I am bringing my car back to the shop after 2 days because I have noticed a louder revving noise when I accelerate my car. It was even more obvious when I got on the highway. This noise was not happening before I brought my car in. I expressed my concern that after spending $1,100 on my car, that there will now be increasing issues that will require me to bring it back and spend more money. Rachel responded that there can be the possibility that issues with the car that were already there can be discovered after working on it, and that the head mechanic will have to check it before determining what is wrong. This reads as a preventative statement that makes no commitment or admission to the possibility that a mistake could have been made while working on my car. My experience has been pleasant with the staff, but my 3 star review reflects my concern with a return to the shop for a new issue that wasn't present when I brought it in initially after spending almost my months rent on the original visit. I will update my review pending the return visit with the hope that the noise is a minor adjustment that wasn't done before the original visit. I have been hoping to find a shop where I can bring my car for it's regular and future maintenance. Fingers crossed. UPDATE: The car was taken in and checked. The problem was a minor misadjustment by the air filtration which caused the noise. Paco took care of it and Rachel was kind and helpful as usual. 5 stars"

"Crooks they really think they got away with scamming me. When I recorded every phone call. That I was clear to not do any repairs to my car unless it would fix the issue. They would never answer my questions over the phone so I had to pop up. When i did my car was ready with fixes i didnt approve and my car still wasnt working. I think its hilarious to think that a judge would believe somone gave their last to pay for something that would not benefit them in any way shape or form. Forcing me to sign to pick up my car that broke down in less than 48 hours. You can tell from their reponses they are doing more explaining and blaming of every negative review. Asking me for financing pins...knowing that finance company says specifically to not share with them. Now i owe 3k and my car hasnt driven since they touched it. I will be sending my finacial demand in writting via my attorney. If no resolution has taken place, within 60 days as Texas law states. We will be in court. I love to be underestimated I promise your company will pay for this. You wont be the first but I truly hope its the last place that tries to take advantage of me."

"I went to work on my turn signal bulb and waited for 30 minutes and they asked me to pay $75 approx for the bulb change. And when i headed back home then i see that they didn’t even worked on the bulb but they charged the money from me. They should first cross check the car and then after the inspection then they have to give the car to the customer! So my main concern is they are not actually working on your vehicle and charging for that. Because of that i wasted my time and went late to my meeting! So i never recommend this for sure."

"Recently brought my car in for an alignment and they were able to let me know and alignment would not be enough as my suspension and axle and some other things were now in need of replacement. They provide pictures and summaries during diagnostics. When I bought the car used I paid for some basic warranty so I didn’t think hardly anything would get paid for but my $6800 repair only cost me $370 thanks to them dealing with the warranty company. I have had warranties in the past that only covered the cost of parts and not labor. They will do everything they can to get your insurance and warranties to pay out, and provide their own warranties on their work/parts. They call you and keep you updated and work fast."

"My experience was excellent from begaining to the end of the service. I had my AC recharged an my tires checked. My AC is working just fine. Five stars also for the kindly and courteous receptionist. She didnt hesitate to answer all my questions. Last, but not least, You have an opportunity to spin the wheel to win services."
