"The worst experience I’ve had by far. I was purchasing a fire pit and needed assistance but everyone apparently had more important things to do as they kept telling me. Once someone came to help me he said I needed to go get my own cart then he would be able to help me. No offer to help load in my truck and had to keep asking employees for assistance to load but they needed to take care of other things before. I guess there’s no customer service at Home Depot and no wonder self checkout is now a thing everywhere."
