"******DO NOT COME HERE****** ******UNPROFESSIONAL****** Business hours say they open at 8am. I came at 8am...waited until 9:15am and THEY NEVER CAME! I called 5x and even texted the business number. I saw that he read my text but he never even RESPONDED!!! I was nearly on a flat and was DESPERATE to get a used tire. It was a waste of TIME!! The least you could do is honor the business hours you posted!!"

"I was coming from breakfast, and my car had low tire pressure and I checked all the tires and I had a nail in one of them. I looked around for a shop closest near me and found Mateos Tire shop, I called him to make sure who could work on my vehicle since it was a sports car that was almost lowered to the ground. I arrived and he made sure his equipment could fit under my vehicle, 15 minutes later my tire is all patched up and ready to go. Thank you for your great service!"

"I got home today to find a giant nail sticking out my tire and all the air coming out knowing I didn't have a spare drove to my closest tire shop right before they closed at 7 they said they already closed so I tried to go to the 2nd closest but didn't make it. I called them since they're right down the rd and they took too long to return my call and when they did it was gonna be $50 just to come help me plus the tire. Well in the meantime we called Mateo tire service and he showed up in 15min and with a much better price. And they are like 10min away.
