"We came to Houston to celebrate a birthday. We entered the bar, several employees were speaking together, no one acknowledged or greeted us. We sat at a table, no one said anything to us. I have never felt more unwelcome in an establishment. I read all the great reviews and expected a different reception so disappointed."

"I love this bar. We try and go every Wednesday to the best INDEPENDENT TRIVIA NIGHT IN HOUSTON. The trivia was our original draw but we keep going back for the tasty tacos, tenders, and old fashioned cocktails. Also the bar tenders are amazing. This is my go to neighborhood bar."

"A comfortable, laidback neighborhood bar with great crawfish. I went to Ladybirds to attend an afternoon party of Kansas alumni to celebrate our school’s victory in the NCAA tournament. We met on the patio — a perfect venue for the event — on a Saturday afternoon. My wife and I ordered three pounds of crawfish and enjoyed them. The seasoning was perfect and service was fast. I was given three tickets — one for each pound — so when we finished one batch, we could go back for another. The service was friendly, and the bartenders were quick to offer me a taste of the various beers. I would definitely go back to Ladybirds."
