Just Tires

"I bought 2 tires from them 2 months ago and when I was about to go on a road trip I brought my car back in to get them rotated and checked. They were rude checking me in, and then rotated my tires. I get in the road in the rain the next day and end up spinning off the road going 60 mph doing 8 spins and went into a ditch, nearly avoiding a light post. After the wreck I check my tires and they’re at the wear bar in the back. They didn’t mention it and almost killed me."

"Save yourself future frustration and do not go here. In a period of a year, I took 3 vehicles there for tires, mainly for convenience because the shops is close to our home. One one vehicle, a luxury SUV, they replaced the tires and we had a shaking steering wheel. They could not figure it out. After Just Tires's several unsuccessful attempts to stop the shaking, I took it to Discount Tire and they said that two of the tires were 4 years old and two were new, so the rubber in the tires was softer in two tires and harder in two. Anyway Discount Tire did a bit of magic and took care of the shake, first try. Discount also told me that the manufacturer recommends not using tires after 6 years from the manufacture date, so I only have 2 years to use these tires!!! On the second vehicle, also an SUV, they installed directional tires. When I had them rotate the tires, they did not pay attention to the tire direction and installed them backwards. I didn't notice until I had some shaking on a long trip. Stopped in @ Costco in Albuquerque and Costco noticed that the tires treads were running backwards. Costco rebalance the tires and fixed the problem. On the third vehicle, well everything is OK with that one. Anyway, don't go here. They do not know (and don't really care about) what they are doing!"

"Well, the manager was nice to have some small talk with me.I went in for tire rotation, which somehow caused shaking to my car if i drive above 55 now. I went in again and they recommended doing wheel balancing - which i paid again to get it done. Unfortunately the issue is not resolved. The problem was not their before visiting for rotation. It's been a while and I am just driving like that, since i am really short on time during work days - I will take it to a different shop to have it looked at."
