"I went into this Auto Zone as I had a brake light that was out and needed to buy a new bulb. I borrowed a set of tools from them, as I was replacing it myself in their parking lot. Once I replaced it I turned the car on so I could see that it was complete to find that an adjoining bulb was also out. I couldn’t get my hand into the tight space but the employee here came out and finished what was needed adding to the nice experience."

"I bought a battery from AutoZone that almost died ( in less than 2 years) . I went to this AutoZone to get my battery checked. I waited in line for my number to come. When I was called, I met Leroy Maye Jr. who seemed to be a little rude, kind of lost and misbehaved. Don't know if he was intoxicated at the job, but something about him was not right. He validated in the system that my battery was still under warranty and asked me to wait. He checked out 3-4 more customers after me, while I am still waiting. Why would he not take care of checking my battery first, since I was already waiting in line for more than 10 mins? Definitely not coming back to this Autozone. Infact, if Autozone doesn't screen their employees, then I may not even go to any autozones in the future....pretty lame...!"
