"Scheduled an on-line appointment for hitch installation at 1:30. Showed up 5 minutes early and dropped off the key. Received a call saying the hitch installer leaves at 3 everyday and wouldn't work on my installation. Labor cost almost as mutch as the hitch does (approximately $75 an hour). Rather than having the hitch installer stay 30 extra minutes to do the work, because of their scheduling mistake, they had me reschedule to a different day. I lost 3 hours of work ($65 an hour) to get this done, which I pre-paid for, and now I have to lose another 3 hours of work again. I should be compinsated by paying less in labor since the mixup is U-Haul's mistake."

"Price is Right. And the installer was extremely quick on it. Did a good job and explained things to me. Highly recommend you give him a raise! He even came in on his day off to do this installation."

"Worst customer service ever. Daryl was rude and just smoking cigarettes infront of everyone and didn't even check our hitch properly before we left. He also left young untrained Cheryl at the front by herself who clearly needed his help. Further more another lady was trying to rent a truck and the one they gave her had two homeless men sleeping behind it, she alerted Daryl and it seems his solution was just for her to move the truck to the other side of the building. Corrective actions should be taken. Never coming back again"

"Nothing. I never received the installation. The location called on the 30th to tell me that they did not have all of the parts so we rescheduled for April 1st. Went to the location on the 1st only to be told that they still did not have all of the parts. As of today, April 5th I am still waiting. But they billed me."
