"Great Friendly customer service! Took my vehicle to be worked on due to coolant leak. Had it fixed the following day and picked up vehicle. 2 days later checked my engine and see mechanic forgot to put back splash shield under motor; no big thing.. Spoke to manager and came by Friday to pick it up and found out Manager ordered a new splash shield w screws for my vehicle. Very Cool! Great Customer Service! Nice guys! Told manager not to put it on cause doing oil change over the weekend."

"Because of a poor experience at the Potranco, location is the reason for 4 stars. But giving Firestone a second chance I went to this particular location. Armando the manager, was great in explaining the service to us, giving us an estimate time of work that he stood by, and making sure that everything was good with vehicle instead of other shops just give you the keys and send you on your way. I will definitely be coming back to this location for further needs!"

"If I could select lower than 1 I would, I took my car in for an alignment due to the car pulling to the left. I paid for the service and as I’m on the access driving away the car is STILL pulling! I immediately called to let them know this was not completed properly and I was not in a position to bring it back that day. Calling in days later I spoke to a representative named Chris in regards to a refund on the alignment which had not been done. He started talking over me at one point so I got loud and talked over him lol at that point tried to hang up on me. I have had issues with this specific location before with tires but the management changed and it seemed better until now. I realize it’s the same poor customer service along with lies and misrepresentation of service. If the alignment wasn’t the problem of the pulling then they should have called and communicated that to me with any other recommendations and cost prior rather than just charging me for an alignment to make money."

"Deceptive sales tactics and lack of integrity. After taking my car for an initial visit, I was told everything was resolved. Two weeks later the same issue reappears so I go back in. They claim everything was repaired. One hour later, in the midst of a road trip, my car dies completely. After taking it to a different Firestone, the technicians there quickly identified that Firestone San Antonio scammed me, charging me for services they never performed, misidentifying issues, and replacing parts that never needed replacing. They "missed' my broken battery terminal after working my battery two superarte times. According to the other location, it was impossible to kiss and was seemingly intentionally ignored. (photo attached) This location's inadequacy left me stranded for 48 hours without transportation away from home. When trying to get a refund for the service, the manager was aggressive, rude, unprofessional, and lacked any compassion. The issue was ultimately resolved, but I would recommend against using this location in the strongest terms."
