"So. I’m not tripping right? Wonton soup is not made with beef broth! Is this a Texas thing? It’s gross. I’ve gone to two different Chinese restaurants in the area and this has been the case. Everywhere in the world that I have had wonton soup, it has been with chicken broth. I even checked Pinterest and it said chicken broth. It’s just… ew."
"I have been going to this place over 20 years. I understand Covid messed things up but we are now 4 years out. This is a mere shell of its former glory. This single star is to aid its demise since it does not care anymore"
"I'm sorry but what I ordered from here was not good. It was my 1st time and I picked it in Uber Eats.. I can't judge anything else but what I got. I ordered my fave Egg drop Soup.. it was super thick like gel and not tasty at all. Moo Goo Gai Pan.. which was also not tasty..no flavor. Fried Rice that had absolutely no flavor and just plain no eggs or veggies. Egg roll was just ok and Crab Ragoon was good. They packaged it with care but I didn't care for the taste of the choices I made."
"We are visiting Texas for spring break and staying in a local hotel. After walking downtown all day we came back not wanting to sit at a restaurant and the front desk had a menu from this Ton's palace with a delivery option. We got the generals tsaos chicken, beef broccoli, chicken fried rice and the pan fried dumplings. The food was really good! Everything was really tasty and they gave us very generous portions. We would definitely order here again, and the women that took my order was really nice. We're from Vegas so we know good Chinese food and this place his the spot! The only downside was that the delivery took 1 hour 20 minutes. But it was worth the wait!"
